Cathy Westmoreland was
born in Oil City, PA and grew up as a Navy child. She has lived in
Houston Texas for 35 years having spent most of those in the
Theatrical Industry. She has two children and most importantly now,
a beautiful granddaughter, for which she makes Halloween costume’s
every year. Some of these costumes are displayed under Custom
Designs.
